Rachael Reece, CPCC, CEPA®

Founder and CEO

Rachael Reece founded Ignite Engagement to help businesses elevate outcomes through talent optimization and culture building.

For more than 20 years, she has honed her organizational skills in CHRO and major operational roles with startup companies, non-profits, and large international organizations. She’s led big-scale redesigns, mergers, and elaborate corporate change efforts and advised C-level executives on everything from communication to collaboration.

Rachael is a Certified Partner of The Predictive Index, a Certified Professional Coach, a Certified Exit Planning Advisor, and a Certified Talent Optimization Leader. Throughout her years as a coach, Rachael has learned to expertly combine behavioral and skills assessment tools to analyze, design, implement, and support leaders seeking to build dynamic work cultures that drive performance and bolster profitability.

Rachael’s passion for her work is contagious as she seeks to understand and connect with each individual, team and organization. This knack for connection is woven into her personal life as well. When she’s not working, you may find her enjoying dinner with her friends, digging in her garden, or wrangling a group of teenagers at the lake.

Jason Curtis, PhD

Leadership Coach and Consultant

Based out of Portland, Oregon, Jason is Ignite Engagement’s west coast champion. In his role as a leadership coach and consultant, he is focused on optimizing and engaging people, which results in improved outcomes, lower turnover, and more effective hiring practices. Jason has a doctorate and two master’s degrees, in addition to certifications as a Coach Training Alliance (CTA) Certified Coach and Certified Partner with The Predictive Index.

Jason’s background is in sales, church ministry, pastoral training, and academia. Jason has worked across the US and abroad, and his comprehensive background shares a commonality: it is all about helping people and organizations get clarity about their current reality, capture a vision for the future, and take wise and confident steps in that direction.

Jason adores his dog Simba—to the point in which his meetings are scheduled around Simba’s walks. Affectionately known as the “Grammar Police,” Jason is on a mission to rid the world of terrible sentence structures.

Britney Moore

Director of Administration

Britney Moore is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in operations and administration. She has been known as the “chaos coordinator” and her expertise lies in streamlining processes, spearheading new initiatives, and fostering strong relationships. She loves a good “to do” list and marking each task off.

Britney joined the Ignite Engagement team in spring of 2023 to come alongside our coaches and clients to maximize their full potential while optimizing organizational efficiencies. As the administrative backbone of the company, she excels in creating repeatable systems that enhance productivity.

Britney is a proud alumna of Samford University. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Matt, and their two boys—especially in the dugout while her boys play baseball.

Emerson Oswald

Social Media Coordinator

Though she is currently a student at the University of South Carolina, Emerson already has years of working experience under her belt. She began her career in the hospitality industry, assisting in the opening of two high-end restaurants in Greenville, SC housed within a downtown hotel. She quickly worked her way up to team lead, also being voted employee of the quarter of the entire hotel.

Her love of people and hard work has now led her to pursue a double major of Sociology and Psychology at the University of South Carolina. When not studying, she’s flexing her entrepreneurial skills with Business Blooms LLC, which provides fresh florals to cafes, yoga studios, retail spaces, and other growing businesses in the Columbia market. Businesses love her pleasant demeanor and attention to detail, noting that the floral arrangements help warm up their spaces to make them more inviting.

As Ignite’s social media coordinator, Emerson connects with the company’s online community, manages blog content, and implements the content strategy for the organization. In what little free time Emerson does have, she loves to travel, watch college football, and practice hot yoga.

Kristen Arena


Kristen Arena is a seasoned talent professional based in Greenville, South Carolina. With over a decade of experience in the field, Kristen’s journey in talent acquisition began in New York City, where she honed her skills at several prestigious tech companies, including Bloomberg and Meta.

Kristen’s expertise spans a wide spectrum of talent management, from managing tech recruiting teams to strategic recruitment and employer branding initiatives. With a keen eye for identifying top talent and a knack for building high-performing teams, she has successfully managed large-scale recruitment efforts, leaving a lasting impact on the organizations she has served. Now, as Kristen embarks on the next chapter of her career, she is thrilled to partner with Ignite to help organizations achieve their goals.
